Steps For Making Red Velvet Cake Recipe

Step 1 : Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium-sized basin.

Step 5 : Fill the mixing bowl with half of the flour mixture and half of the buttermilk mixture. Beat just until incorporated while running the mixer on low speed. Continue by adding the remaining buttermilk and flour. Every now and again, pause to scrape down the bowl.

Step 6 : Spoon batter into three 6-inch greased pans, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the centres spring back when touched.

Step 7 : Beat the butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and salt together until creamy and fluffy to make the cream cheese frosting. Add the sifted powdered sugar to the mixer a little at a time, mixing until combined. Put a cup aside. After arranging a layer of cake on the cake stand, cover it with ½ cup of frosting. Proceed with the remaining layers and cover the outside of the cake with the leftover frosting.

Continue by adding the remaining buttermilk and flour. Every now and again, pause to scrape down the bowl. Using the prepared pans, divide the batter.
