Step 1 : Add 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon whole pepper, and 1 teaspoon fennel seeds to a fry pan.

Step 2 : Dry roast till fragrant and golden.

Step 3 : Transfer to a platter and allow to cool fully.

Step 4 : You may also grind it to a somewhat coarse powder. Put away.

Step 5 : In a kadai, heat two tablespoons of oil. Add a teaspoon of cumin seeds, two cloves, two cardamom pods, and one inch of cinnamon. Allow it to falter.

Step 6 : Add a few curry leaves and watch it fizzle.

Step 7 : Give it a brief sauté.

Step 8 : Add the necessary amount of salt and 1/2 cup of heaping, sliced tiny onions.

Step 17 : Perform a brief sauté. Avoid overcooking.

Step 18 : Include the freshly made powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, and 1/4 tsp garam masala powder.

Step 19 : Sauté for two minutes.

Step 20 : Add a few fresh curry leaves and 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper powder last.

Step 21 : Mix briefly and turn off.

  • Make a brief sauté. Avoid overcooking.
  • Incorporate the freshly made powder with 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp garam masala powder.
  • Cook for two minutes.
  • Lastly, add a few fresh curry leaves and 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper powder.
  • Mix briefly, then turn off.
