I eat a lot of different things, but meatballs are the dish that I practically lose sleep over at night.

Step 1 : Begin with a superior pizza dough.
Step 2 : Instead of rolling your pizza dough, stretch it with your hands.
Step 3 : On a pizza peel that has been thoroughly dusted with flour, shape the dough. This one is great.
